Midare Setsugekka is a devastating single-target attack that the Samurai executes through Iaijutsu when all three Sen are collected. At one Sen, Higanbana is executed, which applies damage over time to a single target. At two Sen, Tenka Goken is executed, which damages groups of enemies near the Samurai. A Samurai's toolkit is focused on getting the most out of each Midare Setsugekka they execute, exploiting party buffs as well as their personal buffs.
Hissatsu: Senei is an instant, powerful off-global attack the Samurai executes when they have built up enough Kenki, which is gained through a Samurai's basic combos or through successful use of Third Eye, a small damage mitigation ability. Since Hissatsu: Senei is only available every 120 seconds, other abilities like Hissatsu: Shinten or Hissatsu: Yaten can be used with Kenki.
Yet another devastating attack the Samurai wields, Shoha is executed when the Samurai has gained three stacks of Meditate, which is gained through the use of Iaijustsu, Meditate, or Ogi Namikiri, a Samurai's finishing blow. A Samurai should strive to use Midare Setsugekka, Hissatsu: Senei, and Shoha in succession while buffed to ensure as much damage as possible.
