  1. Step 1: Spot your target.

    If you do not know where you are going, you will miss your target and get seriously injured.

  2. Step 2: Approach your target.

    Once you have spotted your target, begin your approach. Calculate how many strides before you lift yourself in the air. Then take the appropriate amount of step and begin your liftoff.

  3. Step 3: Liftoff

    Once in the air it is important to stay tight and in a seated position. IT IS IMPERATIVE YOU STAY TIGHT. Any loosening of the body will cause excess drag and lead to a sit that is less than perfect.

  4. Step 4: Landing

    Now you are in the air and begin to spot your landing. Once your landing has been spotted begin your descent. On your landing, the rump must be the first part of your body to touch the sitting apparatus, if it not, you did not sit extremely.
